Well here is a small plate of the over a hundred caught in the last day or so on the River lark in Suffolk,my local bistro had some and more likely made a profit, but these ones are mine. the big one on the top is the last one I cooked as a honour to his fight back attitude as seen in the container, I must admit I felt sad sending them to their doom, but they are a pest and none native that according to the wild life authorities must be eliminated from our waters , I think its to late and they are here to stay what ever, but I hope to enjoy them on the plate with a glass of some thing to complement a free bee wild meal of signal crayfish,But no doubt some cretin will put a stop to this free bee and want to impose a tax on it. keith
