hi again members and visitors,
entrance; unofficial entrance!; variably exquisite calcite depositions. no match for older ones in a natural cave but still hopefully worthy of half an eye eh members?; the ones in the centre of this pic look almost like eggs laid by some strange troglodite creature! ; an abandoned jib (+ my mate D.); on a lump of half-cut abandoned limestone, grafitti down the decades; typical galleries/tramline remains and supports; wildlife - one of the Coprinus (ID confidence circa 70%!)specimens i espied; cheers, ben |
