It's a Pituophis, a genus of non-venomous american snakes usually reffered to as pine snakes, bull snakes and gopher snakes. They feed mainly on rodents. These english names are somewhat confusingly interchanged between species, and a given species can be referred to as any of them. Not 100% sure of the exact species but it looks like a young Pituophis melanoleucus to me. There's a good amount of information on them here:
