Can anyone shed any light on whether or not the IUCN guidelines are generally adopted by consultants working on reptile mitigations, relevance of the guidelines etc.

	Most consultants are not even aware the guidelines exist....

	That makes me feel better as neither was I. Had a call from Somerset someone monitoring a development site, the consultant reassured him that he would be using the IUCN guidelines, just wondered if this is normal practice or not. Edited by administrator
