Seen today at my local Adder site - a Peacock butterfly and an Adder both basking in the same spot.  Also seen today were a basking Common Lizard and a couple of Slow Worms under felts.

Hello Keith - I know Peacock butterflies are strong fliers but would yours have flown all the way down/ up to Hampshire.???

Nice butterflies lads.

Taking these pics can be frustrating at times, look how close this came to being a great photo, camera homed in on the caterpillar instead of the bluey, bloody spot sonsoring is sh*te sometimes.
