Found two female adders basking together last Saturday and
within 2 feet away a male basking on top of a grassnake. A first for me , has anyone else witnessed this , will post a piccie when i have downloaded them. |

August '08 2 Adder, small Grassie and a slowie all under the same 4'x2' tin! Haven't seen the grass snake since but Adder and Slowie(s) frequently share the same space.

From March 2009 at a site on Mendip where Adders and Grass Snakes are regularly seen in close proximity (though I've only seen them this close on the one occasion).
