Emergency heating for tortoise?

   hey, 

just wondering I anyone has a solution to my problem I have a marginated tortoise and in 2 weeks we are getting building work done on my house so we will have no heat or electric for a week. are there any temporary solutions that could provide my tortoise with heat and uv for a week as I do not want him to be without heat and uv for that long
