combat thread back by popular demand? A quick burst of combat today, between three males, which took me by surprise (about 2 weeks earlier than usual) hence the poor photo - looking forward to seeing much better from you over the next few weeks!

Are the heads out of focus, or slightly blurred due to the speed of their movement?
Sorry if I'm telling you things you know and I don't know how much control you've got over your camera's settings, but ... a faster shutter speed will help freeze motion and a smaller aperture will give greater depth of field (more in focus). The downside is, you'll need to use a higher ISO setting which may give a visibly poorer quality photo. It's a compromise. Tim |
