hi folks,
well i spent all Sunday afternoon looking for adders and other herps at 3 neighbouring (and known) local sites and saw FA. such is life! i guess it was just too warm. however i did bump into 3 less than common old friends during my up n down dale exhausting romp. habitat pic (Crickley Hill, nr Cheltenham); do you get this in Devon Suz? first time ive seen it in years ; Deadly Nightshade Atropa belladonna; also less than common - Wayfairing Tree Viburnum lantana and finally, one of Robertianum scales fave thistles, Carline Carlina vulgaris; cheers all, ben |

Nice pix Ben.
I guess we do get it somewhere in the county, but I can't remember seeing it in recent years. |
