Hello, I'm new to this site. I work at a zoo on reception, and I get quite few calls about people who have found slow worms in their garden, or are making changes to their garden and want to make sure they don't hurt them. Does anyone know of any numbers they could call to get some advice about conservation/preservation as we can't really offer any information here. Thanks |

Probably best off asking them to contact Froglife, a reptile and amphibian conservation charity. If they can help directly, they will put the person in contact with a local recorder or amphibian and reptile group.

Ah thank you, that's really helpful. I'm trying to build up a general database of answers to the sort of queries we get, rather than saying we just can't help.
