From the NARRS Project..... This page gives you details of the training days that have been set up around the Most of the events cover amphibian and reptile survey in the same day. Whilst this makes for a long day, there will be generous breaks in the programme for lunch (bring a packed lunch) and dinner (e.g. pub meal). Some courses only cover amphibian survey (typically late afternoon till dark) or reptile survey (typically morning/afternoon). Attendance is free, but you may be asked for a donation to cover costs and help generate funds for local shared equipment etc. The list below shows the events that have been confirmed so far. Setting these up has involved the efforts of a lot of people, and the trainers are running the events in a voluntary capacity. Yup, looks like I'll be doing the Surrey reptile training (or a part of it at least) we're working out best dates atm.
